• Range of Uses

This product is suitable for nasal irrigation or daily nasal care for people who inhale a large amount of dust for Occupational reasons. Do not use under 12 children.

• How to Use

If using a 300ml bottle, pour a pack of 2.7g of nasal rinse salt into the bottle and add clean warm water to the 300mi mark. 

Make sure the water temperature is around 37 °C.
Correct posture: Let your upper body lean forward, look down, and with head slightly leaning to one side. Turn the bottle upside down and gently insert the tip into a nostril. Relax, open mouth slightly and breath (through mouth). DO NOT hold your breath. DO NOT breath through nose.
